Does it give me the transcript too?

Why did my YouTube Short fail?
The Short has to be public. Private and members-only videos can't be processed, age-restricted ones may fail, and deleted Shorts can't be found. Check that the link opens in a private browser window without signing in.
Can I use the audio in my own videos?
Use audio from your own Shorts however you like. For anyone else's Short, get the creator's permission first. Music inside a Short is usually licensed to the platform, not to you.
