Which languages does the transcript support?
The transcript detects the spoken language automatically, so non-English videos are transcribed in their own language.
Does ReelGrab download the video file?
No. ReelGrab gives you the text (transcript and summary) and the audio as an MP3. It does not save the video itself.
Why did my Instagram Reel fail?
ReelGrab only works with public videos. Reels from private accounts, or posts Instagram only shows to logged-in users, cannot be processed. Check that the Reel opens in a private browser window without logging in.
Do you store my videos or transcripts?
No account data is kept. Results are held briefly so your browser can fetch them and are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
